Finance department is easy to work with. Do your homework before visiting the dealership. It is wise to choose the car , verify availability in advance. No haggle on MSRP. David with sales was great in helping me out with the purchase of our vehicle through the entire process. Management was also good in taking care of several issues that were discovered with the vehicle w purchase of our vehicle through the entire process. Management was also good in taking care of several issues that were discovered with the vehicle we were interested in purchasing and even resolving an after purchase issue that came about due to the service department. But in my opinion the service department falls short of expectations. They failed to notice a broken engine mount when the previous owner traded in the vehicle we bought. I, the client had to bring it up to management to have it resolved before we purchased. After we purchased the vehicle and were back home I noticed that one of the under belly engine trays was missing. I assume service had damaged it during their removal process when fixing the engine mount. Then proceeded to not saying anything hoping no one would notice it was missing. Thankfully with David's help and management approval a new one was ordered and installed on our vehicle. I also had requested the service department inspect the oil filter housing for leaks which is common on the vehicle we purchased. I was told there were no leaks and no issues. Well lo and behold the oil filter housing was in deed leaking. So the service department is either blind or lying. More
