I went with intention of purchasing a specific vehicle. She could sense I wasn't thrilled after the test drive and offered to let me try others while listening and guiding me along the way. My dad was a salesman so I grew up around sales and I was married to one for a while too. Anyhow I wasn't happy with what I bought and was allowed to upgrade the next day since I reached out so quickly to request this change. It ended up costing me quite a bit more than I expected but I think overall I'll be happy with my purchase. Any mistakes or regrets are on me, not them. More
