It seems that today a lot of businesses have very poor customer service - this is not so with Jill, she provided exceptional customer service and that alone says alot about her. I got the needed information on the Venue, and a trade valuation. Several more texts that afternoon, and I told her I'd be there Monday morning by 10am. She told me the car had just come off the carrier, and had to go through pdi and detail, but it'd be ready by then. It was. I forgot to mention I came from 120 miles away. If I hadn't gotten connected to her, I don't know if I would have went ahead. I'm 60 years old and have bought many new cars. Very few went without any problems like this did. I can actually send any friends looking for new Hyundai's to see her and not worry they'll be taken advantage of. The whole thing was great and so is the car! More
