I called Mike about a car I had seen online and wanted to test drive it. Five minutes later, I get a call back that the car I wanted to look at was not on the lot yet. I really appreciated him letting me kno test drive it. Five minutes later, I get a call back that the car I wanted to look at was not on the lot yet. I really appreciated him letting me know so I would not waste a trip, I then asked him if there was a similar model but not the colors I wanted and he said yes. We arrived at the dealership a few hours later the car was already upfront waiting for me to try it out. I don’t know how many car salesman would’ve been upfront about the model I wanted not being on site and looking to sell me something else. My experience has been that car salesman just want the sale and don’t care about what you really want. Mike kept us informed about the status of the car being delivered. My understanding is this Hyundai dealership does a thorough review of the car before they let you know it is ready. They found a problem where part would need to be replaced and there would be a delay, I asked if it was possible another dealership had the exact car I wanted he said he would check and let me know. The make and model was available at the New Port Ritchie dealership. They sent someone down to pick up the car and I was able to get it two days later after they did their inspection . My husband and I were very pleased with the level of attention Mike gave us and would definitely recommend him and the dealership. More
