After 7 hours in the dealership we find that the new vehicle needed two recalls. Management needs training in customer service. Do not go the extra mile. Let us get you a loaner and I promise we will deliver a prefect car for your enjoyment. I will se to t that it’s done this week and let me throw something in (anything), maybe cargo cover, maybe not,, maybe for the inconvenience. Something to show you give a xxxx. I train salespeople and from what I heard at some tables left me wondering at the lack of structured presentations. Lack of discovery for one. just says So five times it happens is missingthe point and I unwound the deal.
