What a breath of fresh air! After dealing unsuccessfully with other central Florida Hyundai dealers over the past month, it was finally great to be associated with a group of professionals. These folks really have their clients’s best interests in mind. No one epitomizes this more than Jill Burks. She listens intently to her client’s, assesses their needs and crafts a deal in a transparent and fair fashion. Our experience with HCFL was world class because of Jill Burks and I am confident she will be there for us in the future. My car was serviced for an oil change and recall on brake system. Had to pick my car up after service hours but the sales dept did not have my keys.
