My issue with my experience with the dealership was that when I initially got it serviced, They said I had a knock sensor code and that there was recall on a knock sensor. They serviced the sensor. I drove my car for one day and check engine light came on again and drove worse. Came back to the shop and turns out it was bad sparks. My issue is that the multi inspection report said my spark plugs were good. Not trying to make accusations but that lead me to believe that they didn't inspect it. I've only driven my car a couple days since I got it back but it's seems to be driving well now. Also $463 for spark plug service is absurd. I know you got to make your money but that was a bit much. I'd give 5 stars if it wasn't for the confusion and the price. More

I bought a used truck from them, but before I left they realized it needed a timing chain replacement. They offered to fix the chain at no charge and then deliver the truck to my house in Arkansas! But whi realized it needed a timing chain replacement. They offered to fix the chain at no charge and then deliver the truck to my house in Arkansas! But while fixing the chain, they noticed the moon roof was not operating correctly and was in fact needing a part/repair. They easily could have "not noticed" any other problems with the truck and simply delivered it to me. The fact that they would not allow a less than 100% vehicle to leave their lot speaks volumes to the quality and integrity of Hyundai of Columbia. Thank you! More
