Horrendous experience. If buying a used car this is not the place. Bought a car and had it delivered. Paid a premium for the car so one would assume it do be a decent to gr If buying a used car this is not the place. Bought a car and had it delivered. Paid a premium for the car so one would assume it do be a decent to great car. Was transparent and send inspection of what was done and not done. Thought I was solid. Did not disclose how much body damage, scratches, or any kind of damage that was on the car. Upon receiving the car, immediately noticed clutch throw out bearing was bad. Drove down the road and immediate check engine light on, abs light, brake light, and traction control lights come on. Car also has no heat, and driver window is off track and won’t go up. The service department must use the cheapest possible parts to fix their used cars. Check engine light was on for something they “repaired” upon further investigation found they had done the repair but with super cheap parts that don’t plug in or stay plugged in. Same with window, they “repaired” that but didn’t get one drive into it and had window stuck down. Had 4 light bulbs burnt out. Steering wheel shakes above 40 mph. There used inspection process must not be very thorough. Tried to talk to the GM a few different times. He dodged me and sent me off to other managers. Dealership refused to work with me on any repair. I’m going on $2,000 plus in just parts on this car to make it decent. Still needs a few thousand more in parts. Gm’s response was the car was mechanically sound. Several dash lights, steering shakes, and no heat does not sound like a good car. Also in the midst of buying THEY RAISED THE PRICE almost $2,000 and would not honor original price tag. I would never trust this service department with there shotty techs and cheap parts. Along with the sales team making it sound like they sell classic/sporty cars on a normal basis and did good recon of them. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Buisness. More
