David Pierce was very nice, personable and helpful. We never felt pressured. He was one of the main reasons I decided to "eat my principles" and buy the Palisade. I love my palisade. I did a lower rating on price, not because of the local dealership (they were great- especially David), and not because it was an expensive high end SUV, but because of the manufacturer adding $3000 to the sticker just because of demand- people were buying this model. It was not on any other model. It almost made me walk away. This is not how a manufacturer should treat a buyer. This is the first time I have ever considered anything other than a Ford. You need to praise the Columbia dealership for being such great service oriented people. That's what sold this vehicle. More
