Typically, I would not interject on the review replies, however, after your actions yesterday I will. You came in and purchased the vehicle, agreed to everything and signed. Then, you found a different financing route you wanted to take so we accommodated you and had you resign. Everything was fully transparent and agreed to, you even expressed to your salesperson how happy you were. Then you came in yesterday and acted so ugly and so belligerent in front of our other guests that we had to ask you to leave or be forcefully removed by the law. You personally attacked one of our staff. You cannot make everyone happy but we bent over backwards to try. I think some of the words you used apply but you are hurling them in the wrong direction.

I would recommend that you start over in terms of how you sell and finance. That is, be forthright from the beginning. Your website and your sales procedures are intentionally meant to mislead and confuse. Why did you negotiate a particular price and send us to finance only to have finance overcharge us because we negotiated a lower price? When we chose to go with different financing, why did you charge us $1k over the MSRP and thousands over what we had originally negotiated? You toId us that if we had gone with our own financing, that would have been considered a cash sale and, presumably, have cost us more. I returned to your dealership to discuss my dissatisfaction and try to explain how your methods were at least confusing and at most deceitful. Neither In the above response nor when I revisited your dealership, would you acknowledge any possibility that your sales/finance/bait and switch methods were at fault in any way. You know that you bear responsibility in this unsatisfactory sales experience due to your misleading web advertising, waiting until a customer has negotiated a price and then overcharging for finance or charging more than MSRP for reasonable finance rates. You know this which is why you got so upset and told me to leave. With no defense, you resorted to offense. Things were transparent? Maybe to you but not to us, as customers. You advertise "special rates" but you don't say that it's only if you pay more. You advertise discounts on autos but you don't say that you can't get the "special rates" with the discount. I probably told the salesperson I was happy. That would have been before I got to the finance person. I was ugly and belligerent in front of your guests? I experienced it as telling your customers to be careful because finance would take advantage of them. I know dealerships have to make a living but can't you be forthright about it? Tell the customer at the beginning the price and the finance rate. Tell customers at the beginning that if they use their own financing, they will have to pay more. That I signed your contacts and thereforeI have no legal recourse does not mean that I am a satisfied customer.

I called and spoke with Jennifer and she said there was nothing the dealership could do to make it up to me so again another lie from the above reply.. She actually said I got a good deal! Unbelievable! I would expect something like better warranty terms, free alignments, GAP coverage or anything reasonable to make this less of a nightmare than it turned out to be.. Thanks for nothing HOC!!

I would suggest the Sales Department let you know what the price of the car is before juggling numbers and misleading you up front.. If the dealership was honest/cared for the customer it would let you take time to research the offer and have a grace period to see if it was fair. Carvana, etc. has a return policy.. I'm sorry HOC but if you cheat me I'm going to let everyone who reads this know your tactics..

I've got a great analogy for the way they sold me the car.. Sir, your lobster dinner will only be $5, hope you enjoy! Me.. wonderful the lobster is tasty and thanks for the deal! After eating they inform me that it was $5 today and $5 per day for the next several weeks.. $200 lobster! Already chewed so shame on you..
