Satisfied Customer Overall I am satisfied with my experience with the Cookeville Hyundai. The only slight bump in my car buying process was my final monthly payment. I e Overall I am satisfied with my experience with the Cookeville Hyundai. The only slight bump in my car buying process was my final monthly payment. I expressed my concern over my extremely tight budget and how I couldn't go over what my existing car payment which was $348.17, not even by a penny. I was assured that would not be a problem. When I got to be end of my paperwork process I learned that my new monthly car payment approximately $1.51 more than what I was currently paying. In the grand scheme of things, just obviously not a huge deal. I wasn't going to have them redo all of the paperwork that I had just signed for my new car purchase over such a small count. It was just a minor inconvenience. More
