I did not have to be "sold" on buying the vehicle since I had already made up my mind that was what I wanted, I went to Cookeville to receive a better price and for the lifetime warranty. Where it went south was with the finance guy, not sure if he was having a bad day but he was very rude! As I was trying to understand what he was saying he made me feel like I was an idiot, to the point he would look away as if I was wasting his time! I was so close to walking away from the deal in that office but my husband knew I really liked the vehicle and just squeezed my hand hard and said let's get through this. I really wish I would have spoken up while I was there but I was just so shocked. When investing that much energy and time no one should ever be made to feel that way. I am rating the experience below based on my dealings with Perry and Josh, I do not want the entire dealership to look bad but I would really like the finance person to be addressed and maybe sent to some social skills training! More
