I had a very positive meeting with Josh Cokel and he showed me a vehicle that I was interested in. He patiently answered all my questions and let me take the vehicle for a good test drive. I wasn't quite ready to fully commit that day and did put some money down on the vehicle he had shown me.. Over the weekend, I decided that I should buy a newer model and found one at another dealer, which I ended up purchasing. I was dreading returning to Josh and getting my down payment returned, but he was so pleasant and understanding that he made it very easy. I would highly recommend Josh Cokel to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle from him.. He was great to work with and will do his best to find you what you are looking for. Kudos to Josh. More

I am very disappointed with the service dept. employee Savannah.....She was rude, condescending.....Had our SUV in for tire pressure warning lights being on....drove back and lights came back on...took ba Savannah.....She was rude, condescending.....Had our SUV in for tire pressure warning lights being on....drove back and lights came back on...took back for service and all I had to listen to is excuses why it was not fixed the first time. We have bought 3 cars in last two years and 2 in one night and do not deserve to be treated rude . Guess they are upset as I am in market for new Santa Cruz and cant get a return call from our salesman. Oh well... More

The service department was honest and open. There was no pressure to purchase parts or services that I did not need. The woman working there answered my questions and my fiancee's questions and quoted price pressure to purchase parts or services that I did not need.
