Disappointed Bought my 2014 Scion FRS over the weekend. The car was listed for 16565 on the Internet. They quoted me 20000 on site. I don't trust a dealership that Bought my 2014 Scion FRS over the weekend. The car was listed for 16565 on the Internet. They quoted me 20000 on site. I don't trust a dealership that does not list a price on the cars and felt they priced it based on the fact that I was a woman, by myself and maybe I didn't look all that smart. So I started to leave when the salesman asked what I would pay for the car and I told him $16000. He asked if he could get that price for me would I buy it and I told him yes. He went and asked "his manager" and came back and told me he could work something out. But the paperwork said 17999. I also asked for the Carfax several times and he said I could have one but he never gave it to me. We stayed til after the dealership closed, I hadn't eaten and had low blood sugar, was extremely tired and finally agreed to their price which still higher than the internet price but lower than 17k. It wasn't until the next day I realized I hadn't gotten the Carfax but they were closed. I was able to pull it up myself and see what the car listed for online, and that it had been involved in an accident and had a safety recall, none of which had been reported to me prior to buying the car. I had to go back Monday to take them the title to my trade-in, and asked why they didn't just give me the price it was listed for in the first place. I never got to ask about the accident because the finance manager, who said he was "the manager" came over and berated me for saying I had been taken advantage of (I never said that) and that I should have just bought the car online because everybody buys their cars online now and I shouldn't expect to get the same price on the lot. They were there to make as much money as possible from people and he didn't care to tell anyone that. He wasn't there to give me a deal and I signed the papers so I agreed to the price, which I did but like I tried to tell them, that was beside the point. That wasn't how you should do business with people if you wanted them to come back. And you certainly shouldn't talk to them like they were stupid for coming to their business to spend their money, only to find out they made a mistake by not buying online! He talked down to me in front of the whole dealership like I was an idiot. I just wanted them to realize that in order to earn repeat business, you needed to be honest with people, especially about the condition of a car before you buy it, but I never got that far. I was in tears when I left. I would never recommend these people to anyone for buying a vehicle. It was completely uncalled for and inconsiderate, rude and I will be sure to tell everyone I know about my experience. And now I can't even enjoy my car because it reminds me of that jerk. I would like to say that the young man that I first dealt with, Perry, tried to be nice and I hope he finds another dealership to work with. More

We have PLENTY of storage space and leg room for our tall family. I love how easily accessible the hands free calling option is (I am not technologically savvy at all and I know it gives my husband peace of mind that I'm not on my cell phone while driving). I don't feel like I am driving around a tank or a "grandma car". I am so happy with this decision to make it our first family car. PS. Thomas Owen is amazingly patient and kind. He took time to listen and understand my needs and delivered a car that met my wants and expectations. More
