We had been to a couple of other car dealers and I myself was not impressed with either the presentation or the prices. My husband suggested going to Cookeville and taking a look at the Hyundai dealer. I was a little apprehensive at first, but decided to go along with him, even though I was not looking to buy a new vehicle at the time. Once we arrived there, my husband went out to look at the vehicles, but I stayed in the car. I noticed he was talking to a salesperson and signaled for me to come and join him. Against my better judgment, I decided to join him and the salesman introduced himself as Eric Christiansen. He was very professional, but friendly at the same time. I was impressed with the knowledge he had about the vehicle and once we told him what we needed, he took us to see the Santa Fe. I still wasn't sure if that's what I really want it, until he suggested to take it for a test drive. I knew by the time we returned to the dealer, it was the vehicle I wanted. Eric was very instrumental in my decision to purchase the Santa Fe. He was knowledgeable, but not pushy, courteous and very professional. It was the best customer service we've had when purchasing a vehicle! More
