Hyundai of Cottonwood

They sold me a lemon that within the first month it needed a gas tank and axel. Then within 7months needed a new engine and that took 2 months to get my car back and when I got it back it turned out th needed a gas tank and axel. Then within 7months needed a new engine and that took 2 months to get my car back and when I got it back it turned out they neglected to actually bolt the new engine on the motor mounts. It was literally just clunking àround in there Everytime I accelerated and stopped. Then I needed to get new CV boot. Also had to get the hood struts replaced because they sold it to me like that where the hood would not stay open. Of course there was no spare tire or Jack inside the compartment in the trunk but I didn't notice that for a year till I needed it. Each time I got one of those things fixed it cost me $100 deductible so yes I had the extended warranty but every single time I got one of those things fixed it cost me $100 and there were other things that I just didn't list here or I would be going on and on. Recently I took it in to get a security recall fixed on it and now my turn signals make it weird noise every time that I flip it to the right I work two jobs I don't have enough time to have to take it in again every time that I get it back from them because they've made some sort of stupid mistake. I hold my breath and just hope for the best every time I have to take it in there. More

I purchased a new car from hyundai of cottonwood on 11/4021 and traded in my car at that time. After a few weeks I started recieving collection calls from Hyundai Financial stateing my car was not paid 11/4021 and traded in my car at that time. After a few weeks I started recieving collection calls from Hyundai Financial stateing my car was not paid off at which point I contacted Mike from finance at the dealership. He told me the car was just paid off on the 11/15/21 yet after several more weeks of collections calls I contacted Hyundai Finacial who told me payment was never made. This is rediculus for a dealership to take a car in trade and not handle payoff in a timly matter. I have purchased several new cars and havde never heard of such a think. They need to get there act together and fix this. I am only hoping this does not affect my excellent credit rating or I will seek legal advise at such time. I originally gave this dealership a 5 star rating for service but after what I have been through the past month all Faith I had in them is gone and would now give lower then 1 if possible for there lack of follow through after the sale which I guess is all theu care about. Very unhappy now and disappointed. they took a happy customer with a good review and turn is sour, what a shame. Considering I drove two hours to this dealership to make this purchase to bad they could not do there job to finish this transactio out in a professional way. More

First they had the car we were looking for because of the color. There were only a few in the USA. George, our salesman, a super low key, no pressure guy, which my wife really liked.
