It’s time for my vehicle’s oil change again, but I’m hesitant about taking it to Hyundai of Dothan. The last 2 times I took my Palisade to them, I had to wait 4 hours! (I always make an appointment prior to taking it to them) Nobody came to the waiting room to let me know when they finished; I was tired of waiting so long, so I walked into the service department to check on it myself and was told it was ready to go and my keys were in my Palisade. We had two bad experiences from Hyundai of Dothan, was told we needed a battery when we took it for oil change and there was no warnings from the electronic dashboard previously a 2022 Hyundai Palisade i told we needed a battery when we took it for oil change and there was no warnings from the electronic dashboard previously a 2022 Hyundai Palisade it was driving perfectly prior bringing it in, another time took it in for oil change and picked it up and before we could leave parking lot it was miss firing, took it back they said nothing was wrong, and obviously when it was not drivable, very bad service, More
