My son and I were on our way in to Ken Vance Hyundai to test drive some cars when we had an emergency and were delayed. By the time we finally got there, it was nearly closing time. Nevertheless, Eric and Josh were willing to stay late to help us out, as it would have been very inconvenient for us to reschedule for another day. We tried out the cars as long as we needed to, and found one that we really liked. They took care of everything and got us on our way in the new car that evening - my 3rd Hyundai from them, by the way. They ended up staying past 8:30 PM to make sure we were helped. More
