My son and I were on our way in to Ken Vance Hyundai to test drive some cars when we had an emergency and were delayed. By the time we finally got there, it was nearly closing time. Nevertheless, Eric and Josh were willing to stay late to help us out, as it would have been very inconvenient for us to reschedule for another day. We tried out the cars as long as we needed to, and found one that we really liked. I have always liked Ken Vance, from buying to the service center. Worked with Rita during our most recent purchase, and was very pleased with her overall. Although I have had the car less than 2 weeks, I am completely satisfied so far. What I found during my search for a new car was that Hyundai had more options for less, as it would have cost an extra 5-10K to continue buying GM with the same options currently available in my Santa Fe. Had we not already had a Hyundai in the garage, I would have been skeptical on the quality of the brand, but they are top rate. As a side note, both Hyundai's that we have purchased were on the sales floor in the same spot (albeit 3 years between the two). I can't wait to see what is sitting there next time we need a new car! More
