The sales staff that I have dealt with are interested in selling a vehicle, not on garnering the most profit, but on making the "deal" fair to both parties. They are up front with their cost structure and make the purchase process work for the customer. Other major dealerships never reveal actual costs and never negotiate honestly. Their "us vs. you" approach is obvious within 10 minutes of walking through the door. More
