My car has been at Hyundai more than I have had it recently!! I have Been there 3 times in the past month. 1st visit was great. Then my car broke down shortly after that. And I don’t know much about cars but would say whoever worked on it , messed something up. And I would have been ok with that , if they would have been honest. 3rd time..fuel injector (again) I was told fuel injectors can break in 2 weeks and Hyundai knows that have bad parts. Then I was told they put parts in that weren’t really made for my car. And were basically rigging it for jow til the parts come in. This was my first Hyundai, I lease, and it’s up in December. Your service dept isn’t doing you any favors with getting customers to stay w Hyundai! More

I was greeted at the door by Joseph, who asked if he could assist me in any way…he was very nice and didn’t make me feel pressured. I asked Josep to show me a Palisade, so he’s got the keys and off we w could assist me in any way…he was very nice and didn’t make me feel pressured. He did an excellent job going over the vehicle and demonstrating all of the features…after that Joseph gave me his number and I told him that I would be back the next morning with my wife…the next day he was ready with the exact Palisade we were wanting to check out together….he was awesome, once again, at showing my wife the car…we were convinced it was exactly what we were looking for…we then worked with the sales manager, Jeff, to put together a fantastic deal…he was absolutely amazing and really made us feel like we were becoming part of the Hyundai family…off to finance and paperwork guy(sorry I forget his name…we only did lots of scribbling) who took us through all the paperwork with ease…then out the door we went in our new Palisade with huge smiles on our faces! Thanks to all!!! More
