They always take forever. They say I can wait for my car, but then it takes four or five hours. Very frustrating. Had 5 service attendants available. One was with a customer and the other 4 did not even acknowledge my presence when I walked in to get my car serviced. I waited for one of them to acknowledge for approximately 5 minutes. Finally, a new customer comes through the door when he gets acknowledged right away with no wait. So I spoke up and said I was standing there waiting first. That’s when one of the attendants finally decided to acknowledge me and take my car in for service. This is unacceptable especially when I see there are no customers and enough associates that can assist. More
Staff can be very friendly and understanding. I don’t like how their website advertises one price and the sales team explains why that isn’t actually the price once they get you in the door. It can be very busy in there and getting into the service department for an appointment can be a major pain. They have lots of selection but I’m 50/50 if I’ll go back for another one. More
I wanted a very specific 2024 Hyundai Sonata Limited with camel seats. I worked with three different dealers since January to get this car. Only Anthony at Fort Myers Hyundai cared enough to keep working for camel seats. I worked with three different dealers since January to get this car. Only Anthony at Fort Myers Hyundai cared enough to keep working for me. They actually bought this car from one of the other dealers I was working with. I was very pleased with the buying experience and Anthony actually delivered the car to my home. Then spent considerable time going over all the electronics and features. This is my second Sonata so obviously I was very pleased with my first. Thank you Anthony. More

I arrived over 30 minutes early which apparently didn't help. They took the vehicle when I arrived but I was still there longer then I was told. The approved worked seemed to be done well. They suggested other work some of which may have been required based on mileage but they wanted to charge the AC system on the vehicle with only 38 K miles that still blows very cold. That seems unnecessary. As with everything today the cost seems high. I may return. I would have liked to have the prepaid maintenance program I originally agreed to when I bought out the lease but when they added $7500 of extra plans I didn't ask for I had them removed EVERYTHING because I was being swindled by the finance group. More
