I came there to fix some routine safety recalls. I was told it wouldn't take more than an hour. When I dropped my car off, I said that I needed my car at 3 PM which was in one and a half hours. At 3 I was told it wouldn't take more than an hour. When I dropped my car off, I said that I needed my car at 3 PM which was in one and a half hours. At 3 PM. My car was not ready and I was told that I couldn't have my car for another 15 to 20 minutes. This resulted in me needing to cancel my next appointment. More
