I had a slight auto accident then I found Nino. I've always over the past five years or so had my 2013 Hyundai Santa fe sport 2.0T serviced at O'Brian Hyundai before my 1300 mi trip back to Boardman I've always over the past five years or so had my 2013 Hyundai Santa fe sport 2.0T serviced at O'Brian Hyundai before my 1300 mi trip back to Boardman, Ohio. Never did I think I would be leasing a vehicle from O'Brien Hyundai and bringing it back to Ohio until I met Nino Mannino. Never have I met anyone, at least in car sales quite like Nino. He made me feel very comfortable. It was a Saturday and I could feel the pressure in the room to make car deals. Honestly I'm not big on car salesman or attorneys but Nino was different. I felt I met my match. See I had a lot on my mind. I had just been in an auto accident the evening before and my car was being looked at for damage assessment. Nino got me out of my slightly damaged vehicle "trade in" and into a new 2019 Hyundai Santa fe 2.0t fwd. I guess it was the total amount of time, effort and knowledge that Nino put forth. Then two days later he spent about three hours with me making sure I new everything about this car I needed to know. Well I'm back home now in Ohio after giving my SUV the biggest test drive ever. Pamela easily spent half a day responding to all of my emails and texts, and answered pretty much every question I had before I ever even set foot in the dealership. Once I showed up there was always a staff member nearby to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. Ask for Jaun! He was super nice, and ran all over the place for me to make sure that my experience went as smooth as possible. The facilities were very clean and comfortable and the entire experience was very pleasant. 100% recommend the O'Brien team. More

When I saw Tuesday afternoon that the dealership website could try and prequalify me fo 1st Review for 4/10/19 Let me tell you about Justin Taylor. When I saw Tuesday afternoon that the dealership website could try and prequalify me for a car (I've been without a car for a stressful 2 months!) I jumped on it. I was nervous because I had been denied a few times since my credit is horrible. The dealerships I previously went to were all rude or didn't even respond back after I ran credit with them and no one helped me :( . Justin called me within 30 minutes of sending the prequalifaction. When I called him back, I explained in detail about my situation, my concerns (especially with having my credit run 1800 times...) and past experiences and told him I was extremely nervous about being denied again since all I was trying to do was get my independence back. Justin made me feel assured that he could help me and provide tips on making my credit better also as a courtesy. I was confident things would be different because Justin was confident in his ability to help me. He took all of my information and said he would call me the next day with either an approval or some type of next step on ways to make sure I was able to get into a car soon. On the next day (Wednesday), he called me with not only great news on an approval; but told me who my credit app was submitted to so I wouldn't be in the dark! If you are like me with horrible credit and practically EVERYONE has told you no, not given you a shot, made you feel like you're some type of financially irresponsible person because you've had a few (or more than a few..) scrapes because LIFE HAPPENS... Take my word on it: Justin Taylor is who you NEED to go and see!! --------- 2nd Review for 4/12/19: Man... What can I even say???! Just picked up my car today & I feel like a V.I.P.!! O'brien treated us with the utmost respect and care during the car buying experience , but there was a star that shined greater then the sum of the entire experience and that would be John Anderson. I've never dealt with a Salesperson that so utterly nailed - every - single highlight across the board from friendliness , responsiveness , contact ( we spent three weeks in text contact while I had sold my original car ) to just plain incredible to work with. This is not to say the dealership itself was not excellent, I've purchased two additional cars at O'Brien over the years, however; John was the only reason I bought the G70 I'm now absolutely in love with. A true testament that there are indeed still paragons in the industry that know exactly how to treat a customer from beginning to end. If you ever happen to get to read this John, take a bow. More
