I walked into the preowned showroom and some how found myself walking toward Mr.Anderson's desk . A warm and sincere greeting was extended ... and I felt at "home" . We were not certain of what we wanted but narrowed to the one model of two builders . We did not purchase from John Anderson and O'Brien .. but had the pre-owned of choice been there we would have done so . He called in follow-up and was most cordial in wishing every success with our choice . He is a good man and an asset to this company and I will stop again soon when our 2nd vehicle is replaced More

Myers FL,, what followed a couple of weeks after buying our 2016 Mazda Miata chang After initially posting a favorable rating for O'Brien Mazda in Ft. Myers FL,, what followed a couple of weeks after buying our 2016 Mazda Miata changed the perspective. The tire monitor kept registering low, so we pumped up the right front and back tires a couple of times before taking the car to a local tire dealership here at our home in Jensen Bch. FL. There my husband and I were told that the right front tire was irrepairably damaged and had been improperly plugged....way too close to the sldewall. This was either illegal or (at best) substandard, shoddy car repair. Since one of O'Brien's big selling points for this car was their excellent service and the fact that they had serviced for this car since its sale to the original owner, we expected the dealership...and certainly the very outgoing Ariana (our sales rep)...to respond to our tekephone message voicing our concerns and asking for callback. The tire dealership also contacted O'Brien Mazda. Neither of us received the courtesy of a reply. This total lack of concern for our complaints (the replaced damaged tire with necessary replacement of the back right tire as well cost over $300; the defective tire repair was substandard at best). Furthermore, it was our understanding that all of their used cars were "Mazda certified" to ensure customer satisfaction...which must have been a lie since no one bothered to contact us when there was an actual problem with the car. At fhis point, I would advise customers to STAY AWAY from O'Brien Mazda. At first, the staff will be cloyingly anxious to please...until a problem crops up, at which point you will be ignored and all promises become null and void. More

Worst experience I've ever had! This was the worst experience I've ever had in buying a new car and hopefully I can save someone else from making the same mistake I did. The salesman, Cameron lied to me, telling me he would take care of a small dent and repaint the area on the car that I wanted to buy. Told me he would call me when his paint guy was going to be there and give me a loner for the day to make sure it was fixed properly. When I didn't hear from him in a month, I went to the see him at the dealership. The minute he came out, he looked at the car and said there was more damage to the vehicle since I bought it and that other sales people told him my son hit my car the day I went I to sign papers, which was NOT true! Cameron told me whatever I wanted to hear you get me to buy the car then made up lies to get out off having to keep his word. Do not go here if you want to be treated with respect and no be lied to! He's now in financing instead of sales, that might be even worse! More
