I was told Finished at 1pm I arrived and part of the service had not been done. Leo went and told him what was left to do. I saw him outside asked how did you miss that, it is on my car rear driver side service had not been done. Leo went and told him what was left to do. I saw him outside asked how did you miss that, it is on my car rear driver side brake light out. He said I forgot I mentioned I have to get my grandkids at the bus. 40 min later my car was still waiting Leo again said she's waiting. 30 min later he walks out as if not a care in the world. Meanwhile my 11 and 12 yr old had no one to get them. Worst service ever! More
Did not have a good experience. After picking up my car, it overheated and had to take it back to the dealership. Also, there was a scratch on the windshield which they refused to fix. I recognize the sales attendant Mario Caldas tried to be as helpful as he could. More

He showed other cars that were available in stock that day, but my desire was to purchase the car that I had researched. My car I wanted to purchase. Elyja was thorough in getting me acquainted with all the systems inside. He was very patient in this process as my trade in was a 2008 Elantra and, obviously, there have been many upgrades ?? I loved my experience with Elyja and I love my new car! More
