I have been going to O'Brien for a number of years and have never dissatisfied or disappointed. I have taken my Azera to three different dealers up north. None of them come close to level of service you provide. My Sonata is and will continue to be serviced exclusively by O'Brien. Your service dept should be used as a training model for all Hyundai centers. More
