Service does NOT care about me. The support cylinder that holds the trunk open broke two days ago, so decided to have O'Brien fix it the next day I had off. However, when I lowered t The support cylinder that holds the trunk open broke two days ago, so decided to have O'Brien fix it the next day I had off. However, when I lowered the front windows today to cool the car down, the passenger-side window switch broke. The driver-side switch is broken, and the passenger-side switch will not move the window, so I drove to O'Brien. Should have saved time and gone directly home. It was 4:30PM when I arrived at the service department. Not a soul in sight. After waiting about 10 minutes, a gentleman came and asked how he could help me. I explained the problem, and was asked I has a few minutes to look at a new Hyundai! NO! I just want to get the window switch fixed. Oh, that will take a Service Technition, says he, and goes inside. A bit later a man came out, and I explained the situation again. I explained that I wanted to get the window fixed, as it was supposed to rain that night. I was told, "Oh we cannot possibly get you in tonight!!!" Now that I know O'Brien service does NOT care about me, I will NEVER have anything to do with this place again! More
