Our goal is to make sure all customer needs are handled. Each vehicle receives a complimentary checkup so we can advise the owner of the specific needs pertaining to their car. After the vehicle inspection is done we base our recommendations in a couple different ways starting with condition of fluids, measurements and overall condition of components. We never want a vehicle to leave our shop without advising each customer of their needs. It is our responsibilty to advise everyone if there is a service or maintenance need while they are here. We stand behind the quality of our work and feel strongly about the urgency of selected repairs depending on year, mileage and condition of vehicle. Did contact you directly already and got nothing more then a song and a dance Complimentary even lucky for me. You did nothing further about my complaints and I told you I wouldnt take that lying down . It is lucky am in Canada and Mom down there so am not able to walk into that dealership. You took advantage of Mom and that is all there is to it |Hope are happy with yourself. I would give everyone a complimentary piece of advice and tell them not to take their car to your dealership without clearing off their credit cards before going..... Please send this to your head office as am not done with you or Hyuandai yet.

spoke to you directly myself a week ago from Canada gave me your name and told you id be in and see you when time to get down there. Mom brought car in there because was strange noise and you told her need new tires brakes changes all fluids etc etc and was all done But she still has same noise and no longer trust your dealership to look at the car all that money spent for nothing did need tires Ill give you that But the rest not so much at all. Told me already would do nothing more so Ill do what I can from here Until down there and will be all over your head office about all of this and newspapers etc anyway I can get back at you for this Ill be doing it rest assured man. Cant beleive even bought a Hyuandai at all. and to take advantage of My Mom what if was yours ohh already told me wouldnt have her take a car in anywhere on her own well if roles reveresed and she in Florida you in Canada you may well be the one upset over this . Last name was Brown work done on the higher end Sonata forget name of that model but is rare one of the more expensive Hyundais coming thru the door so am sure saw her coming.
