I don’t understand the meaning of appmts if they don’t mean anything except a time to bring the car in. You can bring in the car for a simple thing and they will tell you not to wait and it will take at mean anything except a time to bring the car in. You can bring in the car for a simple thing and they will tell you not to wait and it will take at least 4 hours, all morning, or all day. There is no priority after you show up to your appmt. Your car just sits till they get to it. You can monitor with your app when they actually get to it and then finish by the door alerts and usually the fix is very minimal time but the car sits forever in the shop even though you had an appmt. So needless to say car maintenance is a nightmare as you have to commit at least one half your day to uncertainty. More
It’s a clean place with friendly staff that are informative and not super car-salesman-like. They have a nice waiting area with snacks and waters. They have helpful and prompt service agents. Early for my appointment. Took me in right at 1 (appt time) I was quoted 79.99 for oil change and filter. All of a sudden, it was 140.00 I went into the new assistant service manager. Nice lady...said it was her 2nd day. But she helped me more than anyone else. I told them I had a doctors appointment at 3:30 (15 minutes away from dealership) just made it by the skin of my teeth ??. Went back several times inquiring as to when I would be ready. No one there seems to care one way or another ?? More

Have been having an engine oil consumption issue for a while. The service response has been excellent. Still an issue but they have. Been excellent in working through the resolution. Leonel Osorio lied to me 3 to 4 times over the phone when I made my appointment and again when I brought my car in to have a defective coupler fixed in my sonata. After sitting in the waiting room over 2 hours he then came to tell me that it was not covered and it would cost me $850 to fix. This was totally unacceptable after asking him so many times so I asked to speak with a manager as he was now treating me very rudely. After speaking with the assistant manager, Felicia she spoke with the manager, Tyler and they repaired the defective coupler in my car for no charge. They were awesome but no should be lied to and treated so rudely as I was by Leonel Osorio. He has no business working as a service advisor. More
