The staff was very helpful. My 11am appointment for 2 tires and alignment caused me to be there till 5:30pm. Every time I go to this dealership it’s the worst experience. While I was there they lost another gentleman’s key fobe and t to be there till 5:30pm. Every time I go to this dealership it’s the worst experience. The customer waiting area turned into a complain fest from everyone waiting for service and discussing their prior experiences they have had in the past. Highly disappointed in the wait time. Spending my day at the dealership for this is beyond ridiculous. Also being harassed from the moment I get there into pressed to buy a new car. Why would I spend money on my car to better my car to turn around to selling it to the dealership to then spend more money on a new car? Very deceitful and pathetic attempt to make the dealer more profitable. Amongst the many other things that I could be expressing concerns about the last thing that needs to be addressed is the way the associates at this location drive the customers vehicles. I purposely put my car in eco mode and valet. The girl driving my car to me aggressively took my car from the back lot all the way around backing up to pack my car tapping the throttle repeatedly. The girl driving my car then shoved the car into park immediately stopping and turning off the car in a manner that shows no respect for the customers car. When I spoke to the girl that drove my car holding my paperwork being told I was all set to go she walks past me ignoring me. I told her o have my paperwork I’m ready to go she goes inside and drops my keys in-front of another gentlemen who I wasn’t any part of my service for my car and walks off all pissed off. I didn’t even address how she handled my car to her or anyone else because as long as I was there for I wanted to just leave to try and enjoy what little of the day I had left. Something seriously needs to be done about what I expressed and again like I indicated above, the other customers were expressing the same about this location and the service that they provide. More
Very attentive customer service, although sales people are a little too anxious for me to trade in my 2 year old vehicle. Suggest keeping sales from pushing trade-ins and sales until at least the 3 year m are a little too anxious for me to trade in my 2 year old vehicle. My service at the Hyundai dealership unlike any I had had there before. My service representative was Ernesto and he saw to it that my service was completed exactly as we had agreed. As the sales representative, Odadson, spoke with me regarding my auto preferences, my plans to acquire another vehicle, and the value of my present vehicle, he was respectful, considerate and forthright in the information he shared. He brought a 2025 vehicle to present to me, but in no way did he attempt to push a sale. Rather, his interest was that I learn about the new safety features available since I had indicated that I did not like the new body styling of the Santa Fe. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience. More
