I will never by another vehicle here again. Their service dept is horrible. After waiting 4 1/2 hours & then being told my car hadn't even been looked at yet, I was offered a ride home. 4 hour Their service dept is horrible. After waiting 4 1/2 hours & then being told my car hadn't even been looked at yet, I was offered a ride home. 4 hours later was called and told they couldn't fix it and a part would need to be ordered. Would take 7-10 days. Today was day 10 and no phone call that the part is in. This is a horrible way to do business. More

Would have 5 stars except they did not have the recall part we needed even though we scheduled the recall servce at least 2 weeks in advance. We live in Ohio and scheduled the servce well in advance. Although our car had only 1284 miles on it, we scheduled an oil change si ce we were going to be at the dealer anyway. So we got a oul change we didn't really need, and did not get the recall service done. Now we have to schedule another appointment once the part comes in. Very inconvenient. More
