The service department seems to be in a state of disorganization. I made an appointment for warrantee service. I had to wait for the parts to arrive. 3 weeks later I called the service advisor to as disorganization. I made an appointment for warrantee service. I had to wait for the parts to arrive. 3 weeks later I called the service advisor to ask what was happening, he said the parts had been there for two weeks. I never got a call to let me know. So scheduled a day to bring it in at 7:00 AM ( leaving my home at 5:30) so the work would be done in one day. I informed the service advisor that i understood i would wait. I understood that it would take many hours. When i arrived, i was informed that the service would at least 24 hours, more likely 48. I need my car for business and could not leave it for 2 days. I called my original advisor to complain, he assured me that he would get me out thd same day. So i returned the next week at 7:00AM. And waited, only to be told that my warrantee service was misdiagnosed originally, and the actual problem ( tie rods) was not covered under warrantee. VERY frustrating. I am shopping for a 2026 hybrid Tuscan for my wife and am uncomfortable buying from my local dealer now due to their service department confusion.
