Went for oil change and tire rotation balance plus put on computer for diagnostics. Almost 3 hrs passed and they’re just taking it in! They changed my oil but never touched tires or diagnostics. You wasted half my day and didn’t even do half the work. And this is second appt because Sunday prior was even worse. Used to love the place now it’s gone so for downhill I will probably look elsewhere. Third vehicle I bought there was happy until the sale. Now it’s horrible dealership.
