Terrible. The entire experience was awful. People ignoring us at the help desk. When I scheduled the appointment THREE weeks in advance for a recall, they said The entire experience was awful. People ignoring us at the help desk. When I scheduled the appointment THREE weeks in advance for a recall, they said they would order the part. Showed up 3 weeks later to my appointment for them to tell me that they hadn’t ordered the part but they would take a look at my brakes that I had concerns about. Kept my car ALL DAY after telling me it wouldn’t take long & I could wait there. Then someone asked me about if I had thought about selling the vehicle and i said potentially if I could pay the same amount. They informed me that there would be a SOFT pull on my credit, only for me to see a hard check later. So many more things I could say. Then we showed up to pick up the car & were told nobody could help me because I had to get the keys from my specific service rep. Told me to call in 3 days to check if the part came in?! How about you call me and tell me when it’s there!! Worst experience ever. More
