I usually have good experience with this dealership but this was the worst service ever. I called and left 4 messages for them to call me back so I can make an appointment and nobody ever did.. for whateve this was the worst service ever. After providing the reason for the visit, I informed him that I called about a week ago due to the Battery Management System (BMS) and scheduled an appointment. 3.) The agent took notes and I gave him my keys to take control of my car. He informed me the service would take about 90 to 120 minutes. I was aware of this when I called and made the appointment. 4.) While I was in the lounge area an agent informed me that the service would now take about 3 to 31/2 hours to complete. I informed him I was unaware of any other recall, but he told me about the second recall that had something to do with my Hyundai Tucson Hybrid. I informed him I was not aware of this recall and that I did not want to come back again for the fix. So, get it all done while I'm here. 5.) About 90 minutes of waiting, I walked to the shop area and a service agent asked if he could help me. I told him I was hoping for an update, and he said he would check it out and get back to me. I never saw him again! I then walked to the service desk area and asked one of the reps behind the counter for the status of my car. He looked something up and said possibly in 10 minutes your vehicle will be completed. Ten minutes later, I asked another agent for status and he informed me maybe 30 to 35 minutes for completion. 6.) Finally, after 140 minutes of waiting, I was called and informed that my vehicle was ready. I asked the agent to explain to me what tasks were performed to have a better knowledge of this particular service. He explained the work performed by the technician which he did very quickly. I signed and dated the work order and departed Hyundai of Fort Myers. To my surprise as I read the work order I discovered there now is a pending recall item that required me to make another appointment and drive to the dealership. The agent never once told me about the second recall. I am NOT a Happy Camper at this point!!!!!!! Therefore, my rationale for the lowest rating possible. Oh, and by the way, I contacted Leonel Osorio that same afternoon in hopes of getting a better understanding of the second recall issue. He never returned my call. So, I called the next morning requesting Leonel Osorio, and went straight to voice mail again. I then called the dealership and spoke with someone in Sales, who placed me on hold and said he would call me back shortly. This was about 11 am the next day. A Thank You to the Sales lady who told Leonel to contact me. More

Will not be returning for service ever again. Horrible customer service. Service advisor Leo was not personable at all. He never looked at me in eyes. He knew I was going to wait for my car. My appointment was for 11:30. I was there at 10:45, 45 minutes early. He asked what service I was wanted done. Told him oil change, tire rotation, wipers replaced, 60,000 maintenance done and to check if washer fluid pump needed to be replaced as it was not working. He then asked if this phone number is a good number to be reached at. Told him yes. Also asked how long it will take He said between 2 - 2 1/2 hours. Told Leo I would wait for it. Went to the lounge area. For being remodeled the chairs are totally filthy and stained. By 2 pm decided to walk to 7 11 to grab a sandwich and a drink. On my way back Leo called. He asked if I was waiting. I told him yes. He then came and talked to me and said found a nail in one of the tires gave me the cost to have it patched and the cost to unclog the washer. fluid line. Gave him the go ahead. Said should be on hour and 20 minutes. By 5:30 which was much more than an hour and 20 minutes I went to look for Leo. Found him and asked the status on my car. He asked me for my name which he should have known. Told him my name and said it is done. I asked him how long as it been done. He said about an hour. I asked why didn't you come and get me as he knew I had been there all day waiting. He said he called and got no answer. I asked what number he called. He called my other phone which I didn't have with me. I said you asked me if the number on the appointment is the one to reach me. I said you called and we spoke on that phone. He didn't know what to say and not once during this whole time was he able to look me in eyes. He said didn't know what happened and never apologized. I paid and left. Once I got home saw the email that my car was done and that was sent at 3:13 pm. I say there on the filthy chair for 2 hours longer than I should have. He knew I was waiting as he talked to me. I have had another car serviced here and had problems in the past. I decided to try it again and was totally disappointed and will not be returning. More
