My service advisor, Eumelio Gutierrez, was extremely patient and helpful. He explained the issue with my Santa Fe clearly, and told me it would be done on Wednesday. AND IT WAS! Did not want to even inspect my car before informing that there was probably nothing they could do…even if it is a safety issue. Car is still under warranty, but doesn’t matter. Received info re:parts recall. Made an appt , they said they'd order part. No one did. Was told after I went there it would be ordered that day two weeks now and no word from them. Last year they told me a visor replacement would be $300. I ordered online and did it myself for $25. ZERO POINTS for these people. More
