Hyundai of Ft. Myers - Service Center

Very poor communication skills Very frustrating I was called to make an appointment for a recall on my car they made the appointment arrive there they tell me they do not have the part and that I will ha called to make an appointment for a recall on my car they made the appointment arrive there they tell me they do not have the part and that I will have to come back. This is after waiting an hour. I go back two days later when the part comes in, they tell me it should take 10 minutes tops. I arrive at 8:30 the at 945. They tell me oh it’s gonna take another two hours. We will send you home with an Uber and have it pick you up I agree it is now 1 pm I am still home. They are not answering the phone or giving me updates on what is going on very frustrating being that I only went in because their manufacturer made a recall finally got an update that an Uber is coming, but they cannot give me the information 2 ubers later still sitting here waiting nothing a whole day wasted with no car thank you Hyundai More
