I showed up on time and they took me right away. Some training for the department would benefit the business. I was not happy despite the outcome. No truth was told. Talked in circles. Nothing was communicated clearly. Asked to speak to management. Heard a lot of excuses and still mo return calls. No proof of service could be shown. Charged for a service that was clearly stated to me that was not done due to being too busy and didn't have time. But still charged a fee. If asked if I would recommend this dealership the answer would clearly be absolutely not. I have owned four hyndai in the past as well as my family members and try to keep the business local. I will be taking my business elsewhere. So disappointed. More
