Before the service Techs even looked at my vehicle that has less than 16K and under warranty, they wanted me to sign a work order for rodent damage to wiring. I refused to sign it. The last people to touch my vehicle was your shop. Thinking it was a faulty fuse, I checked the fuses with my multimeter, and they were fine. I looked to see if indeed there was rodent damage, only to discover that both head lamps were disconnected. I connected them and my head lamps work. What a racket you all have, disconnecting wires, potentially risking the lives of customers just to earn a few extra bucks. Shame on you! May Karma visit you as you deserve. More
