Was told my 2007 Santa Fe wasn't worth fixing. My mechanic at Firestone is fixing it and said Hyundai should never have told me it wasn't worth fixing. Firestone doing it at less than one-third the cost of Hyundai. Will never ever go back to O'Brien again! And one of the repairs is a known defect in the '07 Santa Fe. Fuel sender issue. Went to O'Brien in the first place because I read a recent article about 2007 Santa Fe issues. More

Unfortunately I had an appointment on a day when you had 4 service people call off. I wait 30 minutes for someone to even acknowledge i was there after seeing multiple people walk back and forth just talki 4 service people call off. A sign could have been placed that just sates , we apologize for the delay we are short handed and will be with your shortly. One of the people just walking past could have said , we apologize we are short staff today someone will be with you. When Aly finally had a moment to check me in , i was a bit short with him but he was very professional and handled the situation in very nice way. I have had service before with the dealership but this was my worse experience More
