Nick is by far the BEST man/agent I’ve ever dealt with in my life. My car has had so many issues and I’ve been taken advantage of by Leo by trying to pull one over on me over a radiator hose but ever since I my life. Made an appointment for an oil change at 9:15. Was told on the phone that the oil change would take about an hour and a half half. Sounded good. I purchased the oil change plan through the dealers Was told on the phone that the oil change would take about an hour and a half half. Sounded good. I purchased the oil change plan through the dealership so I did feel obligated to use it. I asked a friend to pick me up. At 11 o’clock, I got a text with some suggested additional services almost instantly declined them and signed. Back to the dealership about 12:30. I was reluctantly attended to one of the associates (Leonel-I only remember his name because I was thinking it’s the same name as one of my students) who said he would contact my specific intake person. The text did not state anybody’s name and I had not made personalized contact with anybody so I did not understand it was a specific person should be contacting. Leonel seemed very irritated by my presence and questioning the oil change. I stood there for about 10 minutes with my toddler- As I had planned on being at the dealership around an hour and a half or two hours. Went to the service waiting area for a while longer- Came back out to the counter at 1:30 since I had not been contacted. I stood by the counter around behind the counter, not looking up or seeming willing to help except for one gentleman (I did not catch his name, but his badge stated he was from Lancaster, Pennsylvania)- He treated me with kindness and respect and apologized for how long it had taken, but my car was in fact ready to go because it was just an oil change as I had previously stated. At this point, it was almost 1:45- 4 hours after taking the vehicle in. I will tell you right now that I will not be returning to this dealer for my oil change package and I will not be purchasing another vehicle from this car dealer. Overall, very unfortunate service other than the one gentleman. More
