Great service the only one improvement would be, while your making appointment you are asked what the problem is. The service advisor should give you approximate time the repair should take in my case it your making appointment you are asked what the problem is. Known Recall service NOT ABLE TO BE PERFORMED. No parts ordered until VIN verified. So the ENTIRE visit was a waste of MY TIME to have a person at the dealership just confirm the VIN!!!!!!! I ASSURE YOU, I will not spend ANY money any longer with Hyundai. I was planning on purchasing a Palisade soon as my next vehicle, but I am now investigating different vehicles after realizing that Hyundai treats customers this way. More
