I would give zero stars if I could. I have never been so frustrated with a dealership. From start to finish. My car was kept from Thursday to Monday. I was called late evening on Thursd I have never been so frustrated with a dealership. From start to finish. My car was kept from Thursday to Monday. I was called late evening on Thursday and told my car would be ready Friday, only to be called while at work late Friday afternoon that my car still wouldn’t be ready. I had to ask for a loaner vehicle to be then told I had until 5 PM to get to Enterprise to pick up a vehicle. I had to leave work early just so I would have a car for the weekend. Then I never got a call on Saturday or Sunday about the status of my repair. Then on Monday “MEMORIAL DAY” I’m called at 7:30 AM and told my car is ready for pickup. I get to the dealership late, because it’s a holiday and I have a family, and Leo decided to now inform me I should have returned the rental cause now I would be charged $44 for the day since Hyundai closed at 5 PM and I didn’t have time to go home and get the rental. The other option was drive all the way home bring the car back and leave the key in the drop box with Hyundai. All of this would have been acceptable if I was made aware during the pickup of the rental that I could or had to return it to Hyundai, despite Enterprise being closed for the holiday. I am a very dissatisfied customer. More

It took 3 visits with car for service to finally solve problem. It makes a person doubt their diagnostic ability when after $2000 worth of solutions and the problem is the same. Finally they corrected a c problem. It makes a person doubt their diagnostic ability when after $2000 worth of solutions and the problem is the same. Finally they corrected a computer value and it was fixed on the third visit. Wondered if the $2000 corrections were all needed. They were courteous and did provide loaner car. That was the good part.
