Couldn’t believe this dealer charges a 3% fee for paying with a credit card. My bill was over $1000, so that’s crazy. If I had known I would’ve brought my checkbook. Worst experience I have ever dealt with, very confrontational service writer. I was being charged for shop supplies on a check engine light, and when I questioned it he stated that everyone gets confrontational service writer. I had an issue when I made my appointment. I said I needed my air conditioner looked at, it wasn't working. All the following emails/texts said you were going to check the coolant. I though I said I needed my air conditioner looked at, it wasn't working. All the following emails/texts said you were going to check the coolant. I thought that meant the AC. However, when I drove away and subsequently came back because my AC wasn't working, I was told coolant meant radiator not AC. Also, I said I wanted my windshield wipers replaced. It was not on all the communications I had & I called 2 times to get them added. Both times they said they'd add it to my work order. Hen I arrived for the service, my service rep, Rob , was very understanding about getting my wipers changed. Now, I have to make another trip and sit and waited for another service. This is the first time I had problems but I really felt whoever answered the phone when I made the appointment didn't hear me and really tried to rush the call. More
