I received a brochure stating I had 431 pts. (Hyundai of Fort Myers Loyalty Program)& a website to make an appointment to receive 69 additional points with a reward to follow. When I called to (Hyundai of Fort Myers Loyalty Program)& a website to make an appointment to receive 69 additional points with a reward to follow. When I called to get more information about Loyalty Program, the woman knew NOTHING about it & advised me not to contact website as it maybe a scam…… Arrived @ dealership @ 7:30 & was told Gary no longer worked there. Previously, he could get me in for oil change if I was there early. Jonathan checked me in & without appointment said there were a few ahead of me but it helped that I was early. He could not tell me how long it would take. I checked back with him @ 9:10 & he said it was almost ready…… I said “15 minutes?” He got huffy & said I wasn’t being very nice especially when he scheduled me with no appt. & said he’d let me know “asap when done”. I checked back @ 10:30 (3 hrs. after check-in). Jonathan is not @ desk but my keys & paperwork are sitting there…I stood there another 10 min. until another advisor asked if he could help….. then also read sign about 3% surcharge on credit card…. had no debit card with me…. Yet another blow to me, the consumer! Only then I was told dealership under new ownership since Jan. 1…. When I returned home, I saw an email stating 3 services needed immediate attention. One said dirty & low power steering fluid. Had a 2nd opinion @ local service center(AAA, BBB& Chamber of Commerce certified) & was told fluid was neither dirty nor low!! In conclusion, I do not appreciate being treated this way & will not return until I get a response re: a good will gesture from this dealership. I look forward to your reply. More
This was my first time using this dealer. The dealership I purchased the car from is over 49 miles away and I chose this dealership that was closer. The time spent however, was longer than driving the extra distance. Nearly four hours for an oil change and A/C system sanitizing. Wow!!! The Service Advisor did apologize at the end. Besides that, the service was good, courteous, and professional. More
