The service was fine, however service reception was bad… I waited for 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that I was there, then when Leonard did decide to come out, he bordering on rude, seemly it I waited for 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that I was there, then when Leonard did decide to come out, he bordering on rude, seemly it was an inconvenience that I had showed up for my service appointment. I asked why I was left there for 20 minutes… no apology just “we’re busy”. I stepped across the street to get some lunch and then got an email telling me my appointment had been cancelled. I called the Hyundai Service desk and told that if my car was already in the shop to ignore this. Kind of sloppy management. I have to take a car buying decision in a few months… these experiences will be factored into my decision. More
