Actually, Victor resolved it to my satisfaction. The charge for my discounted oil change was waived for my trouble. I hope you can add more service staff to help things run faster in the future. This is my second car from your dealership. The first car lasted 200,000 miles, 15 yrs, then was involved in a crash, and totaled. This car is over 10 yrs old. I have had lots of experiences with your service center. Starting back when it was O’Brien, and Hyundai had a more extensive warranty.
