I had an appointment. I arrived at the service area. Mr Osorio took down the information. He told me it would take about 1 1/2-2 hrs...walked me into the waiting area...sh I arrived at the service area. Mr Osorio took down the information. After about an hour he told there were a couple other things that he suggested that I get done. I agreed. He came to me 1/2 hour later. The work was done. He showed me where I could get the car washed. Everything was done in a professional manner. More

I am a first time buyer and Jaimie and Jeff in sales were amazing. Eumelio was great with communication regarding parts needed for my vehicle. I rate the service department a 2 due to lack of communication ordering parts as well as ordering the wrong parts not once, not twice but three different times. I reserved my days off of work for the service on my car to get done which was not completed till the third time of me bringing my car in. The second time I brought my car to have a part replacement, which was once again not completed and time and gas was wasted on my part. The guys in the service shop decided to remove my dash cam as well as go through my center console for I don't know what reasoning, knowing they ordered the wrong part once again. The service department was lacking communication as well as appeared to be unorganized and unprofessional. More

I came there to fix some routine safety recalls. I was told it wouldn't take more than an hour. When I dropped my car off, I said that I needed my car at 3 PM which was in one and a half hours.
