I was greeted by Bishoy Mikhail and from the very first greeting until the service was completed, Bishoy explained what was going on. He made sure I knew where the waiting rooms were and since I have the greeting until the service was completed, Bishoy explained what was going on. After I left, I noticed something was not right and I brought it back the next day and Bishoy took care of the problem. More

I was really disappointed with the service dept. Last month I’ll make an appointment due on my issues regarding my A/C , not getting cold ,it was a Saturday I told them go ahead and do diagnose so Last month I’ll make an appointment due on my issues regarding my A/C , not getting cold ,it was a Saturday I told them go ahead and do diagnose so we can pinpoint the real problem is.Then it was a High pressure hose has a leaks. So they can’t do it on that day , we spend (4) hrs. Waiting for that results,Then the advisor told us to come back on the ff. morning and they will take care the problem so we came back on the morning and the people from the service dept.(outside personnel) he told me I don’t have any appointments! So , I waited patiently and then the Sunday advisor told me that I don’t have any appointments, again we explained to him that the yesterday advisor he want us to comeback on the following morning so the mechanics will fix the issues.So it was granted, again we wait patiently for almost 5 hrs. And I checked to the Sunday advisor what’s going , he said that they are short handed for mechanics.for that moment I told him. just give me the invoice for the diagnose.. It was ($250.00).Then after that I called one of the service dept. not you guys since we do have multiple different vehicles.They accept us even do it’s different model and they fixed my A/C problem s with flying colors.My family was loyal to your company for almost (17 years) ,after this incident I don’t think we still coming back and also to my son’s complaints regarding your service dept.He said it was terrible!We will not purchase any cars or make an appointments (Service dept.) on your locations .we will look another Hyundai locations. This was my first time using this dealer. The dealership I purchased the car from is over 49 miles away and I chose this dealership that was closer.
