I still can not understand why, when you initially arrive at the Service Department it takes at least 15 minutes for a service advisor to come out to start the process for addressing your car service needs. at the Service Department it takes at least 15 minutes for a service advisor to come out to start the process for addressing your car service needs. You make an appointment, get there at or before the appointment time, then sit in your car for at least 15 minutes waiting before a service advisor even comes out to talk to you. . On a positive note, once past that intake wait, the service was done in a reasonable amount of time. I also appreciated the online communication from the Service Department that allowed you to keep updated on how your service was coming along. More
