3 weeks have gone bye and I am still waiting for a part to come in to fix rear camera per safety recall. Can’t get an answer except sorry. Made an appt on line for oil change. Earliest appt was 2 weeks out. Arrived for my appt 20 min early. Was told I would have to wait 3 HOURS! was told I didn't need an appt for oil change Earliest appt was 2 weeks out. Arrived for my appt 20 min early. They need to fix their reservation system. They continue to overbook. Which causes astronomical wait time for oil changes and simple service recalls. Arrived on time for appointment (1:30 pm) watch two young men (porters I guess) do nothing but look at their phones for 10 minutes. Fianally service rep comes out and we go inside for me to wait. It took tow men (porters I guess) do nothing but look at their phones for 10 minutes. Fianally service rep comes out and we go inside for me to wait. It took tow hours but that's not the bad part as they did full service maintenance. For me it was no water or any other beverage available in service or dealership. So the people waiting for their car could at least have a small bottle of COLD water during their wait. I take my car there because it is under warranty and I want the dealer to handle everything. Also they will have copies of all work they performed for my car. More
