I waited for about 3 hours for an oil change. My keys were put on another desk. If I had not come up to the guy and asked if my car was done he would not have known my keys were somewhere else an My keys were put on another desk. They did not reset the computer so that when I start my car it still says service in 3 days. I requested a new fob because my husband lost his and I was quoted over $900 because it was a special order. Why car it still says service in 3 days. I was told that it was because they didn’t have any. What? I’m not even sure the oil change was actually done. The mileage on the invoice shows the mileage from the last time I brought it in not the actual mileage when I turned it over to the guy. Very disappointed. I have always had my vehicle serviced here but the last two times I am not very happy. The last time I was there prior to this visit they mixed me and another customer up and our vehicles. I may need to start looking for a more reliable place for future needs More

Please don’t buy a car from this dealership. The service department is horrible. I have less than 17,000 miles on my car and the window trim is rusting. My appointment was noon and as of 3:30 pm they just informed me the parts were shipped back this week. They are under staffed, no service manager, and rude to frustrated customers. They book appointments and tell you it’s at least a four hour wait. You will wait in line for appointment check in usually about 30 minutes then you are sent to the waiting room for hours without an update. This is worst car dealership I have ever dealt with. Don’t buy from these folks!!!!! More

Sat in drive thru for almost 30 minutes waiting on service rep to come out. When I entered the carport I was approached by someone that appeared to work there and said to stay in my car and rep will b service rep to come out. When I entered the carport I was approached by someone that appeared to work there and said to stay in my car and rep will be right out. At about the 20 min mark 2 other cars pulled up and reps came right out to assist them both even though I was clearly sitting and waiting and had an apt. It took me opening my door and playing music loudly to get the rep to help me. After waiting for my vehicle all I heard was customer after customer saying how horrible the service is here and how they never fix or do what they say they did. I can confirm this as I have had to go back and make them do an oil change and rotation after they said they did. At this point if I could dump my Hyundai I’d run and never look back but unfortunately I am stuck till it is laid down or off. Go elsewhere because they don’t care about you here. More
