This is the third strike. First two time’s forgot to reset oil light. This time they replace window regulator. Driving home I thought my hearing was off. Back in September of this year I brought my vehicle in to replace a weather strip. I had to wait nearly two weeks to get the part delivered and installed. The part was installed incorrectly. I brought the vehicle back and now they have to order another part. I have a o wait another week for it to arrive and reschedule to come in and have it installed. If the work was done correctly the 1st time I wouldn’t have to waste all this time coming back to the service department. Very disconcerting that your tech crew provides this quality of work results. I was greeted immediately and with a very good service advisor. He even arranged a ride to and from a local restaurant while we had my vehicle serviced.
