I came in for my 2nd FREE oil change and replacement of my key fob but the guy came back and told me i needed to have 3 more services done. I explained that if the servive is not badly needed at this time my key fob but the guy came back and told me i needed to have 3 more services done. I explained that if the servive is not badly needed at this time i can get it done next time he stated that everything needed to be done now. I was charged nearly $600. With having an appointment i cannot believe my service took over 4 hours with communication. The video inspection sent to my phone was the wrong vehicle and summary. I had no idea what was happening with my car. After the second hour i asked how much longer as i expressed that i would like to take a shuttle to get food. I was told 40 more minutes. No shuttle was provided. No updates were given. I was completely upset at how many times i had to keep coming up to the desk asking for updates on my car. I told the guy that i needed my car immediately and whatever service being done on my car needs to stop. He came back and told me he could not get my car. I was even more upset at how business was handled here. He had no customer service skills whatsoever. He did not try at all. I asked if they were able replace my key fob and he stated no. I. went outside to calm down and one man asked me if everything was okay and when i explained he told me to speak to the manager named Tyler. I was beyond furious and did not want to cause a scene. Beyond all these services that were added that weren’t necessary but still did it except the two things i came here to do and still charged me for it. My car was bought last year with now 30,000 miles on it and in really good condition. The guy told me he knows how upset i am and will give me a discount as looked at the papers given to me with a receipt of all my services no discount was given except for the oil change taken off. I am upset that i was forced to pay for these services on top of receiving little to no customer service at all. More
